Ben Ali is a neighborhood located in Sacramento, California. The area was named after James Ben Ali Haggin who, at the time, owned much of the ranch land which was later subdivided into various streets and neighborhoods. It is bordered by Marconi Avenue to the north, El Camino Avenue to the south, Capital City Freeway to the east, and Auburn Boulevard to the west.
