Bordering Stockton Boulevard and the South Sacramento Freeway is Oak Park. Oak Park has many notable buildings and establishments including the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific Sacramento Campus, Sacramento High School, and the Christian Brothers High School. Oak Park developed a second ‘downtown’ retails and entertainment area which differs from Downtown Sacramento. This downtown houses Piggly Wiggly, Park Meat Market, Citizens Bank of Oak Park, and various street arts and entertainment. A few of the notable residents of Oak Park include Kevin Johnson, former Sacramento Mayer and former NBA star, rapper Mozzy, and Hobo Johnson, a vocalist and front man for the band Hobo Johnson & the LoveMakers.
