New Era Park, Sacramento, US
New Era Park, located in Sacramento, is found between E Street and the American River. Most of the area is covered by Sutter’s Landing Park within the New Era neighborhood. There are a few trails and a skateboard park inside an old recycling plant. At some point, the city expects to implement multiple sports fields and multiuse spaces within the park. One of the attractions of the area is B Street Theater, which was started with the help of actor Timothy Busfield and his brother in 1991. New Era Park also features a community garden that has flourished since being implemented. Anyone who goes to the park is able to use the available plots if interested in starting a garden or contributing to the community garden.
