The Yolo Causeway is a bridge that connects West Sacramento, California to Davis, California. It is 3.2 miles in length and crosses the Yolo Bypass floodplain. It currently caries 6 lanes of I-80 as well as lanes for pedestrians and bicycles. It was originally opened in 1916, but the current bridge was finished in 1962. It averages about 150,000 cars every day as of 2010.
